Description of problem:
The Provider links on any Provider Timeline Event Details renders "The page you were looking for doesn't exist." (the Providers links are broken)

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. CFME: Add Middleware Provider, and then Inventory
2. Start EAP7 + Middleware Agent (agent downloaded from Middleware Manager service)
3. CFME: Inventory Middleware Provider, validate that the EAP7 Server was inventoried.
4. Navigate to Middleware Provider Summary Page, and then Monitoring->Timelines
5. Display Application Events
6. Click on a plotted Event 
7. On Event Details, click on Provider name link
  

Actual results:
Provider link is broken

Expected results:
Clicking on Provider link should navigate to Provider Summary view
