Description of problem: Can't use previously set Alt+I shortcut Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): qt-creator-4.1.0-2.fc25.2.src.rpm How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Options->Environment->Keyboard in Qt Creator 2. Set Alt+I for GotoPreviousLine and apply 3. Open any source file and press Alt+I Actual results: Ambiguous Shortcut Detected The key sequence 'Alt+I' is ambiguous. Use 'Configure Shortcuts' from the 'Settings' menu to solve the ambiguity. No action will be triggered. Expected results: Text cursor moves to previously line.
Hmm cannot reproduce. I assume you checked that there are indeed no other commands with ALT+I defined as shortcut? Also try backing up and clearing .config/QtProject to start with a fresh Qt-Creator setup.
Sure, I checked. I tried to backing up so the same. I noticed that by default Alt+I do 'Hide/Show Sidebar' but Alt+0 is shortcut for this action. I tried to set no shortcut for sidebar. But Alt+I hides sidebar.
I've set up a fresh F25 Gnome VBox, installed qt-creator-4.1.0-2.fc25.2.x86_64, but I still cannot reproduce the issue. What environment are you running?
I recently install RFRemix 25 KDE from this iso http://mirror.yandex.ru/fedora/russianfedora/releases/RFRemix/25/Spins/x86_64/RFRemix-KDE-Live-x86_64-25-1.2.iso . RFRemix is distro base on original Fedora. For system I use English language and localization. Also set 'Alt is swapped with Win' and 'Left Alt' to change my layout. No another extra environment changes.
