Description of problem:
Network Manager cannot add DNS servers to it's internal server. 
Here's the output from /var/log/messages. 

Jan 24 20:02:55 localhost NetworkManager: : Adding nameserver:
128.153.128.2
Jan 24 20:02:55 localhost NetworkManager: : Couldn't add nameserver:
Couldn't signal nameserver: No su ch process
Jan 24 20:02:55 localhost NetworkManager: : Adding nameserver: 128.153.4.2
Jan 24 20:02:55 localhost NetworkManager: : Couldn't add nameserver:
Couldn't signal nameserver: No su ch process

I've also attached a section of /var/log/messages

Everytime

1. Startup NetworkManager or switch devices

devices.

Upgrading to 20050119.2.fc3 should help, can you verify?

It was fixed after the upgrade.
