  [RFE] allow dedicated customers to choose atomic host for their OS

3. What is the nature and description of the request?

  Dedicated customer wants to choose atomic host, since container processes are more secure. They want to choose it.

4. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

  The customer wants to run the OpenShift as much as secure environment.
