Description of problem:
"Journal Configuration" step doesn't correspond to the design.

 - Option which disk devices should be displayed.
 - Disk light option os missing (probably correct for alpha)
 - All disk devices should be listed regardless of where the journal will be located. When dedicated is chosen all SSD disks are not listed. Moreover by default tendrl counts with 4 partitions per SSD and such distribution is displayed, when user change the settings the displayed distribution is not changed.

1. Start to create a ceph cluster
2. Continue with the creation till "Journal Configuration" step
3.

Actual results:
There are a few discrepancies with design.
Journals distribution doesn't correspond with user setting.

Expected results:
Design should be more followed.
