Description of problem:
The disk details by disk on the host page are not available for troubleshooting.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
all

How reproducible:
click into the host detail view

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click into the host detail page in the ceph context or gluster context
2. You will see IOPs information but it is global not by disk. 
3.

Actual results:
Only detail is IOPs by host.

Expected results:
Need to see Disk utilization, disk latency, disk throughput (MB/s), disk IOPs, CPU util, and Network load on a per host basis
