Description of problem:
When upgrading postgrey, /etc/sysconfig/postgrey gets overwritten, but the file containes user modified configuration.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
postgrey-1.37-1.fc25.noarch

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf upgrade postgrey
2.
3.

Actual results:
/etc/sysconfig/postgrey overwritten

Expected results:
/etc/sysconfig/postgrey.rpmnew created, and /etc/sysconfig/postgrey remains unaltered.

Additional info:
Please change
%{_sysconfdir}/sysconfig/postgrey
to
%config(noreplace) %{_sysconfdir}/sysconfig/postgrey
in the %files section of postgrey.spec
