Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite 6 since the upstream issue http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/20075 has been resolved.
VERIFIED Version Tested: Satellite-6.3 Snap 12 steps: 1. Navigate to Content > Content View 2. Created a new content view 3. Opened the created content view 4. Selected action button -> Copy Content View 5. Successfully opens the copy content view dialog
