Description of problem:

We would like to apply QoS per pool in our Ceph cluster. Currently, we set up QoS at Cinder level to individual instances on top of OSP but this is not enough to guarantee performance to a specific pool.

What we would like to have is:

        * Standard pool: not QoS/performance guaranteed.
        * More expensive pool: QoS/performance guaranteed.

Is this feature on Ceph Roadmap?

QoS is being worked on upstream, it is far from being ready for production at this point though. It is still in the 'research-problem' phase.
