OSP10 NFV Guide doesn't have a correct compute.yaml NIC template example

The OSP10 NFV Guide contains an appendix with an example NIC template for Compute nodes: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openstack_platform/10/html-single/network_functions_virtualization_configuration_guide/#ap-sriov-compute However, this example omits the inclusion of the SR-IOV devices outlined previously in the guide: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openstack_platform/10/html-single/network_functions_virtualization_configuration_guide/#modify_link_linkend_ap_sriov_compute_literal_compute_yaml_literal_link The appendix needs an update to include the SR-IOV devices. Note that the OSP11 example includes SR-IOV devices defined in previous sections: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openstack_platform/11/html/network_functions_virtualization_configuration_guide/appe-sample-sriov-files#ap-sriov-compute So this is an OSP10 only issue.
