screenshot of the blank window in question

After installing a system from Fedora-Workstation-ostree-x86_64-Rawhide-20170615.n.0.iso and booting it for the first time, an SELinux alert notification appears. Clicking on it opens sealert's browser mode, showing 8 alerts. However, if I try to report any of them to Bugzilla, I cannot; after clicking 'Report Bug' and then 'Submit Report' on the 'Review and Submit Bug Report' screen, sealert shows a mostly-blank window with no progress possible (screenshot attached). This does not happen in non-ostree Workstation installs, sealert works correctly there: the window that is just blank grey on the ostree install shows progress information (first 'searching bugzilla for similar bugs' or something like it, then 'Processing finished, please proceed to the next step.' and a child window opens to prompt for my Bugzilla credentials).

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 27 development cycle.
Changing version to '27'.
