Description of problem:
enable virt-preview repo, dnf update, execute in a terminal "virt-manager"
Version-Release number of selected component:

Not sure how this could happen... is libvirt-libs installed? does reinstalling it fix things?

A further dnf update solved the issue. My guess is that for a few minutes virt-preview repo has gone down and distro-sync broke stuff.
