Title: Unscheduled Write-Behind Strategy Configuration (Remote Client-Server Mode)

Describe the issue:
shutdown-timeout and flush-lock-timeout are not used on the write-behind.
The parameters were removed by ISPN-5559.

Suggestions for improvement:
They should be removed at "Procedure 20.2. The write-behind Element"

Additional information:
JDG7.x documentation has same problem as the above.
