cdlabelgen doesn't come up in DE, but in various other languages. 'CD-Koffer' cannot be found in specspo.
I didn't talk about the German translation of the program itself, but the translation of the rpm description, that you get by typing 'rpm -qi cdlabelgen' at the command line (while in German language environment).
