The text for already download files are not translated.

Should be:

The problem is fixed in dnf 2.5.1-1 available for rawhide, Fedora 26, or from our testing repository for Fedora Fc24+ (dnf copr enable rpmsoftwaremanagement/dnf-nightly).  Already downloaded should be there translated, but we cannot translate [SKIPPED]. Hope that you will understand that.
