Red Hat Bugzilla – Bug 1465272
[RFE] [6.3] Instructions incorrectly state that `rhsm....` options are to be added to the virt-who configuration file in *every* case

Section Number and Name: 5.3. CONFIGURING VIRT-WHO TO CONNECT TO RED HAT ENTERPRISE VIRTUALIZATION HYPERVISOR
Describe the issue: Step 4 states that several `rhsm_ ...` configuration options are always to be added to the virt-who configuration. This is incorrect. These configuration options must be added only if the guest VMs are to be reported to a host other than the one to which the host running virt-who is reporting is registered. The most common usage is where virt-who is running on the Satellite Server itself. Because the Satellite Server is registered to the Red Hat CDN, if virt-who is installed on the Satellite Server, virt-who would be reporting the guest VMs to the wrong host, and so it would not achieve it the desired goal. Instead it's necessary in these circumstances to add the `rhsm_ ...` options to the virt-who configuration file.
Suggestions for improvement: Provide more explanation to the `rhsm ...` options, making it clear when they are to be used.
Note: This also affects sections: 5.6 and 5.7.
Assigning to Misha for review.
Misha - based on comment 0, we'll need to backport the changes for this bug as well.
