Description of problem:
nfs-ganesha-2.5.0-1.fc27 build did not produce nfs-ganesha-ceph subpackage.

Not missing. The Ceph dependencies that were available at the time 2.5.0-1 was built did not work, so it was intentionally disabled.

Whatever is available now seems to work and a new build has been created with Ceph enabled.
