Description of problem:

This happened on a manifest that trying to upload in 6.2.9 had the error: NoMethodError: undefined method `redhat?' for nil:NilClass.
We upgraded to 6.2.10 which includes a fix as per https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1430823.
Trying to upload the manifest after the upgrade resulted in the error: Error importing manifest. PG::Error: ERROR: null value in column "virt_who" violates not-null constraint
