build log doesn't shown  under the  Builds  part on the overview page

Description of problem:
build log doesn't shown  under the  Builds  part on the overview page by IE/Edge browes. 
Beside, Friefox/Chrome/Safari browes does not have the issue

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
openshift v3.6.126.1
kubernetes v1.6.1+5115d708d7

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login web console, create a project.
2.In the project, create an app from image, eg,  ruby.
3.Click "Start Build" in the kebab drop down list on the overview page.

Actual results:
3.build log doesn't shown  under the  Builds  part on the overview page. And no "View Full Log" link. 

Expected results:
3.A new build is started,  and build log is shown on the overview page under the  Builds  part, when click "View Full Log", will jump to build page on log tab.

This is a known limitation for IE and Edge. We are limited to 6 websockets in those browsers, which we are already using up. Logs require a websocket for streaming. The decision was to degrade the experience in those browsers intentionally and not show the logs. We could consider showing a link to go to the build logs still.
