Description of problem:"The user's role is not authorized for any access" error appears for user with Ansible view permissions and disabled all other features

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable Ansible, and repository
2. Create role with only view permissions for Ansible and disable all other features
3. Create group with this role and user
4. Login as user

Actual results:
User got "The user's role is not authorized for any access, please contact the administrator!" notification, but have view access to Ansible feature

Expected results:
User should be logged in, and list of Ansible playbooks should display

Additional info:
In case some other features are enabled user is logged in successfully and have view permissions for ansible.
