Description of problem:

During the pike cycle, tag 4.0.3 was pushed upstream to networking-fujitsu project after 4.1.0. This has broken the update path for this package as 4.0.3 is lower that 4.1.0 in semver.

This should be corrected upstream probably by pushing  a new tag 4.1.1.

This bugzilla has been removed from the release and needs to be reviewed and Triaged for another Target Release.

It seems that a Fujitsu engineer replied in upstream  https://bugs.launchpad.net/networking-fujitsu/+bug/1701489.
 And upstream status has changed to "Confirmed".

So EPM remove NEEDINFO flags once.

Hi, 

Fujitsu engineer fixed this by pushing tag 4.1.2 in master branch.

Now, DRLN creates package with version 4.1.3 which solves update issue caused by version backward.

4.1.3 now available.  OSP 11 has 4.0.2.
