15.2.1. Resetting the Directory Manager Password
* Remove path from pwdhash example
* Use SSHA512 instead of SSHA
* We should tell the reader to look up "nsslapd-rootpwstoragescheme" first to see what storage scheme is used when generating the new password
* Intro says "password can be viewed in config if lost". This doesn't help if you lost it. It's encrypted. :-)
