Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install redhat-virtualization-host-4.1-20170705.0.
2. Login RHVH, check cockpit version.
# rpm -qa| grep cockpit

cockpit-dashboard-135-4.el7.x86_64
cockpit-bridge-135-4.el7.x86_64
cockpit-ws-135-4.el7.x86_64

Actual results:
After step 2, include wrong cockpit package in redhat-virtualization-host-4.1-20170705.0.

Expected results:
1. After step2, RHVH should include newer cockpit version.

Per Aviv, these cannot be included because only some parts of cockpit were shipped. Recent errata do not show updates to cockpit-ws or cockpit-system.

We will figure this out for 4.1.4
