From customer feedback via the CloudForms docs mailing list regarding the CloudForms 4.5 "Installing CloudForms on OpenShift Container Platform" guide:

"In Prerequisite section, it is mentioned that in Openshift 3.4 the template files are included by default. It was not clear where these files are located. But after some searching I figured out that these files are located at /usr/share/openshift/examples/cfme-templates.

Then next problem was these example template files are creating cloudform 4.2 version and not 4.5. Please can you point me to the proper template file for cloudforms 4.5."
