Red Hat Bugzilla – Bug 1470572
Wacom Left-Handed Orientation ON setting is forgotten on every reboot
Last modified: 2017-07-17 13:22:20 EDT
Wacom Left-Handed Orientation ON setting is forgotten on every reboot when using the gnome-xorg session. The Slider says it is on, but it is not. Only when you open the Wacom tablet setting dialog box again does it magically start to work.
Fedora 26, fully updated (thu 13th July)
How reproducible: always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to settings/wacom tablet/tablet
2.click Left-Handed Orientation to ON - it works
3.reboot, it is NOT on even though it appears to still be set (you can make it turn on by simply opening the Wacom tablet control panel, it then immediately starts working)
Actual results: Wacom Left-Handed Orientation is forgotten after a reboot
Expected results: Wacom Left-Handed Orientation ON selection working after a reboot
Additional info: No other Wacom settings have been changed, it is a fresh Fedora 26 install from the official release ISO
It just got fixed with today's set of updates :)
I am closing it, but this my first report and I have no idea how to mark it solved by an update... so it will stay as 'notabug' whatever that means.
