Description of problem:

While AMDGPU is missing some features found in Radeon (HDMI, FreeSync), it still provides better performance for CIK cards.

if both radeon/amdgpu are compiled the default driver uses is radeon, however, now you can override the default driver to use from grub commandline. This means you don't need to blacklist one driver over the other anymore. Eventually once AMDGPU supports all the missing features radeon won't be needed for CIK cards anymore.

Enabled it in rawhide.
