Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
$ rpm -q gnome-shell
Steps to Reproduce:
1.log into gnome-shell
2.click on power button on top right menu
3.click on reboot or poweroff or cancel
You need to click at least two times for the action to be executed
On first click the action is executed.
I've seen this on several computers, all using a mouse.
