Description of problem:
When rebooting or powering off the machine from gnome-shell, you have to click with mouse two times in order for the action to be executed.

$ rpm -q gnome-shell
gnome-shell-3.24.2-1.fc26.x86_64


How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.log into gnome-shell
2.click on power button on top right menu
3.click on reboot or poweroff or cancel

Actual results:
You need to click at least two times for the action to be executed


Expected results:
On first click the action is executed.


Additional info:
I've seen this on several computers, all using a mouse.
