suggested patch

Description of problem:
In some koji deployments (RH's brew) the SRPM url is actually redirected with 302 to a different location, which is not a big deal, but koji should follow the redirection.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
koji-1.13.0-2.fc26.noarch

How reproducible:
every-time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. koji download-build --arch=src <nvr>

Actual results:
File <nvr>.src.rpm is actually HTML text with 302 redirection message.

Expected results:
SRPM is downloaded from redirected link.

Additional info:
As written above, this was seen in RH's Koji instance, which might work for verification within RH internal network.
