fedora 26, KMS enabled, X crashes

Description of problem:

 On Fedora 26:
  1) If KMS (modesetting) is enabled Xorg crashes with dual-head setup.

  2) Singe-head setup works well, if KMS is enabled.

  3) If KMS is disabled dual-head is impassible and only the VGA-port works. The displayport keeps silent.

 On Fedora 24 and 25:
The same dual-head setup (same hardware) works well, in full resolution!
