Description of problem:
If you search on bugs assigned to members of a group and you are not a member of the group, the message isn't clear as to why the search fails.

How reproducible:
Search on a group that you don't have access to

Steps to Reproduce:
1. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/buglist.cgi?f1=bug_status&f2=assigned_to&o1=notequals&o2=equals&query_format=advanced&v1=CLOSED&v2=%25group.admin%25&list_id=7662561


Actual results:
The group you specified, admin, is not valid here. 

Expected results:
The group you specified, admin, either doesn't exist or you are not a member of this group.

This issue has been resolved and is available for testing on https://beta-bugzilla.redhat.com it will be available in production after the Bugzilla 5 migration.
