https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/git/2.13.4/1.fc26/data/logs/x86_64/build.log

+ install -Dpm 644 contrib/completion/git-completion.bash /builddir/build/BUILDROOT/git-2.13.4-1.fc26.x86_64/usr/share/bash-completion/completions/git

Ok - so /usr/share/doc/git-core-doc/contrib/completion/git-completion.bash [from git-core-doc] is now changed to /usr/share/bash-completion/completions/git [in git-core]
