Thanks, added also bug number. I hope it is ok to put my name in the changelog. I think it should be configuration file in /etc instead. But upstream suggest this path, it would be like systemd units. User can copy it into /etc/dnsmasq.d/ instead of uncommenting or creating a symlink.
