The user was not found in the OpenShift cluster.

Prod RH SSO is used for Online INT, STG, and PROD. A distinct Aria account using RH Login can only exist for one of those environments. 

We should expect this kind of bug when the Aria account exists but the User account exists in or was deleted from another test cluster.
