Please update the channel mappings for WAR0266 in Production (per
revision # 12092 of rhel3-mappings.csv).

WAR0266 is working as expected in QA.

Please process as quickly as possible.

It now appears in the Purchase History, with one Management Subscription.

However, the channels still aren't appearing.
