Description of problem:

store_events section is not available in /usr/share/instack-undercloud/undercloud.conf.sample file which need to be enabled to collect events in ceilometer on the undercloud as per https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openstack_platform/8/html-single/director_installation_and_usage/#sect-Configuring_the_Director document. These informations are required for cloud forms to populate instances information: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_cloudforms/4.5/html-single/managing_providers/#adding_an_openstack_infrastructure_provider

The store_events is removed and not supported anymore.The documentation needs to be updated accordingly.
