Description:

By default, only the console logger adapter is enabled in the tripleo_ui_config.js file (via puppet-tripleo).

We also need the 'zaqar' adapter.

Verified that the zaqar logger is correctly set in the UI configuration on a default undercloud install.

[root@undercloud-0 ~]# grep loggers /var/www/openstack-tripleo-ui/dist/tripleo_ui_config.js
  'loggers': ["console","zaqar"]
