page about 'manage account'

Description of problem:
After user go to openshift web console. Click the button"Manage account" on the right top of page. User will be navigated to the first page of "Select a plan". In fact user have already signed up a plan.

how reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. After signed up a plan, go to openshift web console from account overview page;
2.On openshift web console, click the button "Manage account" to go back to account overview page;

Actual results:
User is navigated to the fist page of "Select a plan";

Expected results:
User should be navigated to account overview page.No need to sign up again.
