Description of problem:
RHUI assumes that you have internet when installing, Gluster, Puppet and all deps are needed to complete the install.

1. Turn off internet
2.  Follow Directions to install RHUI
3.

Actual results:
Fail

Installed

Additional info:
Need to package all packages for a total disconnected RHUI install.
