Description of problem: When user is creating cache-pool/cache or thin-pool without presence of tools configured in lvm.conf - it leaves user in trouble-some position of having volumes that cannot be reactivated next time user needs them - which is mainly for cached LVs problematic as user will experience message like: # lvchange -ay vg /usr/sbin/cache_check: execvp failed: No such file or directory Check of pool vg/lvol2 failed (status:2).
