Register a new account; 2. Signed a plan(eg online-stg); 3. Try to update VAT number of this account; Actual results: VAT number can not be updated. Expected results: If it is permitted to update VAT number after signed up, update should succeed. If it is not permitted , please display the "VAT" field in grey color.
