Description of problem:
Cannot connect to internet via ISDN card ( ASUSCOM card ) due to
misiing /dev/isdnctrl file. When you make link manualy (ln -s
/dev/isdnctr0 /dev/isdnctrl) problem dispears.ISDN card is ASUSCOM's
card (I- something) ,driver module hisax type=36.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup ISDN card and account
2. Try to connect to Internet
3. ln -s /dev/isdnctrl0 /dev/isdnctrl0
4. Try again

it's a know bug and has bern fixed in fc3 release.
