I'm trying to find libf77blas.so on Fedora 26 in order to build GAMESS-US for our cluster but I can only find the static library libf77blas.a.
I can see that it was present in atlas-sse3 under Fedora 19.
Was it removed in Fedora 26?

It was removed in fedora 21. Since then, monolithic libsatlas and libtatlas that should include blas are build.
