There was a new release over a year ago which should be packaged. In addition, the package does not appear to build on F26 as noted by an existing FTBFS ticket.

I have opened a PR against the package here with the updates: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/edb/pull-request/1

Fixed in https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/edb/c/6a1a0ba6e259dfc17b4da36013f059b8c4bf1b50?branch=master

Note: Due to a slight ordering fail in general cleanup, the title of the commit is not the most important thing in it :-(

It does, however drag it kicking and screaming into the current reality :-)
