after upgrade login page shows foreman version (Version 1.15.4.8)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade Satellite

Actual results:
login page shows "Welcome to Satellite. Version 1.15.4.8"

Expected results:
login page shows "Welcome to Satellite. Version 6.3.0"

This is regression for snap 20. Here is the issue https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1502098. So closing this bug as duplicate. Feel free to reopen if I miss something.
