Description of problem:
After i update from FC2 to FC3 i must see that some progs will not run. For example the hpwebjetd.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Try to start hpwebjetd

Actual Results:  error about a the missing lib libdb-4.0.so

i have take the lib from FC2

Yes, db-4.0.14 has been dropped from compat-db intentionally.
Other versions will be dropped as soon as feasible as well.
