Description of problem:
katello-agent package isn't installed when provisioning discovered host.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
satellite-6.3.0-21.0.beta.el7sat.noarch

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. synced repositories (included kickstart for RHEL7.4 - media for provisioning)
2. discovery a host
3. provision that host with "Satellite Kickstart Default" template

Actual results:
package katello-agent isn't installed - different behavior as in 6.2.12

Expected results:
katello-agent should be installed

Installed katello-agent in my case. I discovered a host and later provisioned it w/ rhel7 hostgroup.

Hi Sachin,

I found my mistake. I'm using repository for installing Satellite and I added Satellite tools repository after 'subscription_manager_registration' snippet and katello-agent is installed via this snippet. So it wasn't available.
