Patch to fix coredump with OpenSSL 1.1

Description of problem:
Patch for jabberd to support OpenSSL 1.1 API is incomplete.
It fixes compilation problem, but it introduces undefined behaviour leading to jabberd crash.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.6.1, all releases

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install and configure jabberd:
  dnf install jabberd
  Edit config files in "/etc/jabberd" directory.
2. Start jabberd:
  systemctl start jabberd.service
3. Log in to started jabberd server using any XMPP client.

Actual results:
c2s service crash

Expected results:
No crash

Additional info:
Patch to fix the problem is attached.
