Description of the crash:
Cannot load GNOME enviroment, becouse its crashing during startup. It
happening on every accout (including root) and ever if starting
gnome-panel from command line under KDE

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. Login in to gnome enviroment

Expected Results:
Gnome-panel shound start cerrectly

Additional Information:
My instalation is upgraded via apt Fedora Core 2 to Fecora Core 4 test

This traceback is useless.  Please install the latest rawhide gnome-panel and
gnome-panel-debuginfo and do it again.  Please specify the exact gnome-panel
package version.  This can be obtained with "rpm -q gnome-panel".
