Description of problem:

Pushing image fails intermittently with "error: build error: Failed to push image: error parsing HTTP 408 response body: invalid character '<' looking for beginning of value: "<html><body><h1>408 Request Time-out</h1>\nYour browser didn't send a complete"

We have a build config in one cluster and we are pushing it to the docker-registry on another OpenShift cluster. We have 44 builds that have been triggered concurrently and roughly 2 builds are failing with the following error:

Pushed 36/38 layers, 95% complete
Pushed 37/38 layers, 97% complete
Registry server Address: 
Registry server User Name: registrysa

Registry server Password: <<non-empty>>
