Description of problem: A number of bugs are the result of NetworkManager passing the network-online target without bringing all of the system interfaces up. This appears to be caused by long delays in establishing carrier link. The NetworkManager developers have addressed that issue in the following commit: https://cgit.freedesktop.org/NetworkManager/NetworkManager/commit/?id=2becc0a0ac82834ea96898c17ec79cd038e6db54 Please update NetworkManager so that affected users can validate this change.

This message is a reminder that Fedora 27 is nearing its end of life. On 2018-Nov-30 Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 27.
